It was a Sunday and I was leaving for a 4 Hour Dr. back to East Texas after spending the weekend in Austin. I had bought four brand new tires on the morning. I left for Austin and one was already half flat. They took me in and fixed my tire without charging a dime. Amazing service and people. I highly recommend this company.

This shop is clean, cool and comfortable while you wait. The staff is friendly and curtious even with a stacked schedule. they are open on Sundays and really saved our bacon when we had a screw in our tire. Wonderful place to have repairs.

Rolled up with a nail in my tire less than an hour til close. They said my tires were too old to be worked on (fair, they were really old!!) but I bought new ones on the spot and they were kindly able to install them right then. Really appreciated their accommodation and speed so close to end of day, and relieved I can drive to work tomorrow safely!

I’ve been doing business at this location long before the name changed and I was worried if it would stay quality. It has only improved in my opinion. Recently I had them do a significant repair to my GMC Denali Dually and also perform some basic maintenance while in for this repair. Had them also do new shocks and some new tires and imill say that the manager, Justin, is a man of integrity and stands behind their work. They’ve put a couple of sets of tires on this truck for me and initially after one day on the road they took time to listen and also accepted that the first set was not performing well and suggested a larger tire and replaced them by only charging me the cost difference. Both my work truck and personal trucks are retired here with Toyo tires and I couldn’t be happier. Hard to find a good mechanic shop and I drive all the way 1:15 minutes to let Big Brand on north Lamar touch my vehicles.
